I am a non-UK citizen who cannot claim benefits; I live in England and our household income is no more than:
- £26,500 * and we have one child
- £30,600 * and we have two or more children
- we have less than £16,000 in savings or investments

claim for Early Years entitlement and will contact other sources as allowed
by law to verify my initial, and ongoing, entitlement.
