• You would like to make an application for Free School Meals:
  Just select 'Find your school' from the menu. If a school does not use OFSM, you can contact the school or its Local Authority directly for more information about their Free School Meal arrangements.
• You have a question about an existing application:
  Any queries about an application made using OFSM should be dealt with by the school for which the application was made. Please quote the OFSM application reference when you contact the school.
